Everything on track.

We connect Salesforce to your core systems – ERP, SAP, Azure – and bring your data into an order that stands up to scrutiny: documented, deletable, recoverable. And solid enough for AI.

Does any of this sound familiar?

Most conversations with us start with one of these three sentences.

“Our org has grown over the years. Nobody has an overview of what's in it anymore.”

Apex, Flows and integrations from five years of project history. Every change is a risk because nobody knows the dependencies.

“The auditor is asking about retention periods. We don't have an answer.”

Everyone talks about deletion. What gets asked for is recoverability – with evidence. That's exactly where standard consulting stops.

“We want to introduce AI. But where does our data go?”

It's not the model that decides success, but the data layer beneath it: grounding sources, permissions, consent and deletion logic.

About us

We make Salesforce the central building block of your digital processes. Our focus is on system integration, data migration and technical governance – from architecture through go-live to stable operations.

Integration into legacy landscapes ERP, SAP, Azure, middleware – connected without stopping operations
GDPR-compliant data retention Delete, archive, restore – with evidence for the audit
AI on a solid data foundation Agentforce, Azure OpenAI or your own LLMs – certified, with a data protection mindset

This combination is rare among mid-sized companies in the DACH region. The most common question about AI here isn't “what can it do” but “where does our data go”. We answer both.

The core team. Behind it stands a network of certified Salesforce developers and consultants we bring in depending on the project.

Results, not hourly rates

Assess, build, run – three stages that build on each other.

01Assess – know where you stand

AI Data Check

Before you invest in AI – Agentforce, Einstein or your own model: does your data foundation actually hold up? We assess grounding sources, data quality and freshness, permissions and visibility in the AI context, consent and deletion logic, and evidence trails.

  • Outcome: assessment of the data foundation with prioritised actions
  • Fixed price, fixed duration, no changes to your system
  • Not included: implementation of AI use cases

Salesforce System & Process Check

A structured inventory of your Salesforce environment and the processes in it – with prioritised actions, effort estimate and risk assessment. Two weeks, fixed price, no changes to your system.

  • Data model, customisations, integrations, permissions, data quality
  • Retention and deletion, technical debt, release and test readiness
  • Optional: one or two core processes end-to-end
02Build – solve the problem we found

Integration & Migration

Connecting Salesforce to your existing system landscape – ERP, SAP, Azure, middleware, custom APIs – plus data migrations.

Retention & Archiving

Retention concept, deletion periods, archiving and recovery – with evidence trails for the audit.

CI/CD & Release Pipeline

Version control, deployment automation, test coverage and change governance.

Prototype in five days

One use case as a working prototype in your sandbox – fixed price, five working days, before you invest in a project.

03Run – keep it that way

Salesforce Operations

Ongoing operation and development of your Salesforce environment – in three tiers, with a monthly hour budget, guaranteed response times and a clear line between maintenance and project work.

  • Three tiers: small, medium, large – matched to the size of your Salesforce environment
  • Guaranteed response times instead of best effort
  • 12-month term with automatic renewal

Not sure which package fits? The entry point is almost always a check – after that, you'll know.

Our focus is Salesforce. We also offer advisory and architecture for other cloud platforms, such as HubSpot or Azure.

How we work together

No proposal marathon. From the first call to the result, it's three steps.

01

Initial call

45 minutes. You describe the situation, we tell you whether we're the right fit – and if not, who would be.

Free of charge
02

Fixed-scope proposal

Within one week: what's included, what explicitly isn't, which deliverables you get and how you'll know it's done.

Fixed price, one number
03

Delivery

One dedicated contact, weekly status, documentation that stays with you. No rotating juniors on the project.

Weeks, not months

What happens during delivery

  1. Assessment

Your existing org, integrations and data flows – as they really are, not as they were once planned.

    Result: documented current state
  2. Design with acceptance criteria

Before we touch anything, it is written down what "done" means and how we prove it.

Result: a design you sign off
  3. Build in the sandbox

Version-controlled, with automated tests, visible to you every week. Nothing goes live that you have not seen.

Result: a tested solution ready for acceptance
  4. Acceptance and go-live

You check against the agreed criteria. Then deployment, handover and documentation that stays with you.

Result: live operation with evidence for the audit

Frequently asked questions

What does a check cost?

Every package has a fixed price – one number, not a range. We give you the exact figure in the initial call, once we know the size of your environment. What we don't do: bill by the hour.

We already have a Salesforce partner. Does that work?

Usually, yes. A check is deliberately an outside view, with no changes to the system – it assesses the state, not your partner's work. For integration and data retention we often complement existing teams rather than replace them.

How quickly can you start?

A check can usually be scheduled within two to three weeks. Larger delivery projects depend on current workload – we'll tell you honestly in the initial call when we can realistically start.

Who owns the documentation in the end?

You do. Concepts, diagrams, action lists and code live in your systems and repositories. You should be able to carry on without us after the project.

Do you work on site or remotely?

Mostly remotely, with on-site sessions for kickoff, workshops and acceptance. Our team works from Berlin and Plovdiv, our projects are in the DACH region.
